Badly damaged in house fire, and really want to replace her. She has a lot of sentimental attachments for me.

I believe I have this sculpture, but I can't seem to find any info on it. Is there anything you can tell me about it? I've looked everywhere I can think of. Any help you could give me would be appreciated! Thanks, Polly
