About 40 years ago, my mother had some work done by a photographer and saw this statue (http://www.allsculptures.com)in his studio. She told my dad about it and he got it for her for the following Christmas, but he would never disclose how much he had to pay the photographer for it. Now I've inherited it. All I can say is that it's about 30 inches tall including the marble base and made of a non-metallic metal. It's very heavy. I looked for a mark but could not find any. I even got a flashlight and looked up her skirt! There a band on the left arm with a small red stone in it and there a ring on the back. Everyone that sees it wants to purchase it, but I have no idea what it is worth even if I wanted to part with it. I was curious as to the age, sculptor and possible value or anything else you could tell me about it. Thanks in advance for any info.
