Michael Garman's Street Scene, Leroy Bertho Bar Grill

I have a Michael Garman Street Scene, Leroy Bertha's Bar and Grill, lighted, measuring around 27.5" tall x 14.5" wide x 9.5" deep. It looks to be in very good condition to me, no major issues and the light works, but I can not find his signature on it anywhere. I hate to sell it, but I need the money. Can anyone give me an idea of the value of this sculpture, and where the best place is to put it up for sale? EBay?
