Woman w/Dog Lladró

Vincente Martinez designed this figurine and it was issued in 1973 and retired in 1993. There is a growing market for retired Lladro works that bodes well for the value of this work.
Please note how beautifully the artist has captured the stylish essence of this lovely young woman who is out taking a stroll with her precious pet. The woman is attired in period garments. She has a small-feathered hat upon her head, her long pleated skirt has a bow in the back and is well complemented by her form-fitting vest. In her gloved hand she holds a parasol while her well-groomed Pekingese strides by her side. She is an example of the elongated style that Lladro has made famous.
This is a rather large work measuring 13.75” in height, and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, hairlines or crazing. Worth around 600 dollars and up. Pictures upon request. Still has the original box as well.
