need help on identification

I recently purchased this statue and cannot for the life of me, find any information on it. The base of it has the Austin Sculptures stamp, with what looks like the year 1996 or 98. It also has another stamp "Danel" or "Danet"....I initially thought it said "Daney" but then learned of an Austin artist named "Danel." Any help would be so very appreciated.
I've attached a couple of pictures...hope I did it right.
