Collecting old Franklin Mint?

I am new to this forum. I am an avid collector of Franklin Mint. Mainly their great products from the past and what few things they do today. Why is it hard to find others who collect the same. FM produced their pewter and porcelain in America in their own plant during the 70's and early 80's. They used some high quality vendors in Japan too for porcelain. Their pewter was unmatched and the prices cheaper that most of the others. They moved pewter to their plant in Malaysia and then to China, but quality never suffered. The reissue of the Ford Model T Assembly Line offered in 2002 until recently was amazing. Currently they are doing some pewter Hood Ornaments of American Cars. Great stuff!

I have just purchased a Franklin Mint Porcelain figurine of Emily Bronte's 'Catherine Wuthering Heights'. As you are an avid collector of FM I wondered if you new what year this figurine was released by FM and what it would have cost then?.
