I just purchased,via private sale,a pair of Austin Sculpture pieces.(Sticker on bottom of each foot on sculpture verifies this).
It is apparently a "Fu/Foo Dog" or "Thai Lion".
There is also a date of 1980,carved into outer side of one foot,on each piece.
This is a ceramic (I think) setting.Not bronze for sure.But still a good weight.
Color is black/grey.
I've included pics.
Can anyone tell me what these statues (http://www.allsculptures.com) may be currently worth?
