Michael Garmen/Cityscape

Hi I just joined the forum and need some help. I have a Michael Garmen cityscape scuplture that we recieved in the late 1970'2 early 1980's. It is about 3ft tall and about 2 feet wide, it is a building front with and old man standing in the doorway, garbage can out side bottles etc. window next to doorway. It is signed Michael Garmen, but no date instead it has a pawprint. Can anyone tell me anything about this?
