Bob Haslam "Hell Bent For Letters"

I have a statue of a pony express rider (I thought it was by Bob Haslam but I think thats the name of the rider it was modeled after) that has Hell Bent for Letters" etched on base. The certificate says # 1178 out of 2500 and is dated 1994. I can't seem to find out anything on the artist or statue (http://www.allsculptures.com) or what it may be worth. Any ideas? I've attached some photos. Lynn
