1) How Do I Place An Order?
It’s easy and secure! Simply browse through our site and when you see an item you like, click on the “Add to Cart” button to place the item in your cart. Continue shopping as long as you like. When you are ready to check out, just click on the "Checkout" or "Cart" button on any page and follow the simple instructions from there. If you have any questions or difficulties, feel free to click on Live Chat, or e-mail us. There is a Live Chat button and an e-mail link on every page of this site.
2) How Long Will It Take to Get My Order?
Estimated shipping times are indicated in each product description. In most cases, shipping will take less than 2 weeks. Times may somewhat vary based on stock availability and your shipping location. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS, THEY MAY SHIP SEPARATELY.
3) What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You may also pre-pay by check or money order by contacting us first for an invoice.
4) When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?
When you place an order, our system will verify (authorize) that adequate funds are available on your credit card. For in-stock items, the card will actually be charged (funds captured) just prior to shipping. Please note that authorized funds may affect your available credit line. If an item is backordered for any reason, you will be notified promptly. Your card will be charged when your order is shipped or at the end of 30 days, whichever comes first. For special orders, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to collect funds at the time an order is placed. You may call us to discuss this or make other arrangements.
5) Is It Safe To Order From Your Site?
Ordering from AllSculptures.com is as secure as using a credit card to buy dinner in a restaurant. We employ industry standard secure data encryption technology — 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol — to keep your information private. Furthermore, we do not collect or store credit card numbers online for your protection. Once you checkout, even our employees can only view the last 4 digits of your credit card number, just as you would see on a paper receipt from any local store.
6) How Will I Know If My Order Has Been Received?
If you provide us with a valid e-mail address when you check out, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. If for any reason you have made a mistake on your order, just let us know as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue.
7) Do I Pay Sales Tax?
For North Carolina residents only, we collect a 6.75% sales tax. If you do not live in North Carolina, we will not collect sales tax on your order.
Any information you provide to us is only used to fulfill your order. It is not shared with any person, entity or third party that is not involved in filling your order. Period.
